Our SW development frameworks lead the industry and
provide end-users with diagnostics, utilities and a
huge collection of example source code demonstrating
operation of all board features at full bandwidth.
On the DSP side, full Code Composer Studio projects
illustrate efficient on-board and busmastered data movement
using our DSP/BIOS drivers with DMA, user-friendly mailbox
messaging to communicate with the host program, and
application-specific examples such as fast servo-control
or continuous data streaming. Terminal emulator with
download function as well as data viewer eases the DSP
code development right from the start.
On the host side, full C++ applications under Visual
C++, .Net or Borland Builder demonstrate configuration
and control of the board from the host with sophisticated
examples of complex data capture, waveform generation
and real-time processing. Utilities include board diagnostics,
FPGA reconfiguration over PCI bus.
Boards with user-reconfigurable logic are shipped with
an extensive framework containing HDL source code and
test bench of all logic interfaces and data flow as
described in the board data sheet. These proven logic
blocks greatly accelerate end-user logic integration.
