Overview
Conejo is a performance-oriented DSP card for PCI-based
data acquisition, play-back and co-processing with four
I/O analog channels at up to 10MS/sec input and up to
50MS/s output. It uses the acclaimed C6711 processor
from Texas Instruments as the heart of the data movement
and processing center. It provides (4) simultaneous
analog input and (4) analog output and a logic architecture
that supports extremely flexible trigger mechanisms,
a choice of timebase sources and a valuable real-time
event log. With Innovative Integrations multi-board
support features, Conejo is a truly complete solution
for a wide array of applications like radar, advanced
medical imaging, physics research, video processing,
semiconductor testing, transient capture, arbitrary
waveform generation, industrial scanners, wireless development,
precision instruments, etc. The Conejo board shares
many features with other boards in the Matador product
line. These features are presented in more details in
the overview section of the Matador Series.
For data acq & playback applications (no DSP code
development), ConejoDAQ can be fully controlled from
a Windows C++ application using simple function calls
from our DAQ libraries, as illustrated in powerful data
logger/player turnkey applications.
