Business Model
FIXED PRICE MODEL
Here, we render our services based on a Fixed Price that we quote while submitting
our proposal to you. This model is suitable for projects where your requirements
are clearly defined. The Fixed Price includes all technical fees that we may charge
towards delivering the project. Travel and incidental expenses (if any) are charged
as per actual, subject to your pre-approval.
TIME AND MATERIAL MODEL
In this model you utilize our resources and skills and pay us a pre-agreed
monthly rate. Thus, you have the flexibility to balance your workload, based on
your actual requirement and budget position.
HYBRID MODEL
Here, you have the flexibility to choose Fixed Price option for one part of the
project and Time & Material option for the other part of the same project.
For example, Requirements analysis may be done on a Time and Material basis
while Design, Development and Testing may be done on a Fixed Price basis.
OFFSHORE DEVELOPMENT CENTRE
In this model a team of engineers focus exclusively on one client's projects for
an extended period of time, acting as a virtual extension of the client's development
team. Based on the size of the team, Epsilon can provide a separate working place
with a dedicated infrastructure. Billing is at a fixed monthly price, and a one-year
minimum contract is typically required.
